Leave the Tech to Us

Computers can be great when they are working, but as soon as trouble hits, they could leave you in a bad situation. We have been fixing computer problems of every kind for over a decade. When you bring your computer to us, we will diagnose the problem and have it resolved as soon as possible. We will also try to backup or salvage any documents, pictures, music, or movies you have in the event of a system failure.

Let the Device Work for You

Why should you have to deal with a device that was never designed to work for you? We can recommend computers and mobile devices to buy, or even build a custom computer for your needs. We can recommend specialty devices that fit with your lifestyle. If you have a specific need, let us know and we will try to find a device or build a computer that works for you!

Got a Windows 8 machine? We can fix it! Got a Windows 7 machine? We can fix it too! How about Vista? We can upgrade you to Windows 7 or 8 (or can fix it too!) If you are running any version of Windows, including XP, 2000, 98, or 95, we can fix it! Do you run a Mac instead with OS X? We can fix that too! Mobile devices are just as important as PCs, so no matter is you are running iOS on an Apple device, or Android on a tablet or mobile phone, or even Windows Phone, we can fix your device.

Software We Use and Training

Sometimes your PC or device isn’t broken, but you want to be able to do something specific with it, like organize and edit pictures or make greeting cards on your computer. We put together a list of software we recommend and use ourselves on the CI Tech Picks page to help get you started with software that doesn’t come bundled with other preloaded toolbars, adware, or other unwanted programs. If you can’t find something you are looking for, or want additional help, we also offer low cost training to help you accomplish what you are trying to do on your PC or mobile device as effectively as possible.
